The International Relations Department of the Confederation of Businessmen of Andalusia, carries out a range of activities so as to foster the internationalisation of enterprises through a constant promotion of Andalusian enterprises in foreign markets as well as a through a permanent exchange of investment initiatives and experiences with different countries.

At present, globalisation demands a new managerial management, in a scene where competitiveness is becoming more direct and transparent.

To achieve it, the Confederation of Businessmen of Andalusia (CEA), though the International Relations Department, has developed a group of services to support Andalusian enterprise before internationalisation process. Widening horizons, searching new markets, strategic agreements or setting up in other countries, will be the tools to consolidate the presence of Andalusian enterprise in the World.

From CEA, we back Andalusian enterprise in all the stages of its internationalisation process.

The range of services that International Relations Department puts at your disposal to achieve these objectives, are the following:

• An area specialized in internationalisation advice, as well as in the relevant task of finding international partners, who will be the key to success in expansion projects abroad.
• An intermediary service before the European Commission in case an enterprise finds any obstacle when operating in the Single Market.
• An Andalusian Co-operation Centre (CEACO), from where trade and institutional missions are organized, both, direct and reverse, with the aim of showing business co-operation to Andalusian enterprises as a feasible reality to any go-ahead company.

This variety of services offers the enterprise a wide range of activities that do mainly turn on next lines:

• Business co-operation, which includes an Andalusia-Algarve Co-operation Centre specialized in projects and business relations between both geographical areas, each day more frequent.
  At the same time, the business co-operation newsletter is another tool that offers attractive business opportunities for your enterprise, in addition to keeping target group aware and up to date in terms of latest news coming from international business scene.
• International Development Aid. To foster enterprises’ activity in developping countries, is one of the priorities in the International Relations Department. This is the reason why we have a deep experience managing development co-operation projects in Central America and in Morocco.
• Seminars and info-days on recent business subjects
• Reception of institutional delegations from priority countries and markets for our enterprises
• Join and management of national and transnational projects promoted by local, European and international authorities
• Presence at encounters and other business events supporting our enterprises
• European Information Network in Andalusia

All these activities are complemented among themselves in order to guarantee a variety of services each day more efficient at the disposal of Andalusian businessmen, helping them in all and each single stage of its internationalisation process.
